  • Used to puree soups and sauces in a pan rather than transferring them to a normal blender.

Chargrill Pan

  • A heavy rigid pan with grill lines that replicates a BBQ grill.

Electric Beater

  • Hand held beaters or a free standing machine.

Food Processor

  • Chops, mixes and puree’s ingredients.


  • A sharp cooking instrument used to cut firm ingredients into thin even slices and julienne.


  • A mill that is used to puree fruit, vegetables and soups.

Salad Spinner

  • Used to remove excess water after you’ve washed your salad.

Spice Grinder

  • Use in place of a mortar and pestle. Electric
